Why they have decided to release this video is beyond me. I worked for another site back in 2006, and I remember this same guy with these same bugged out eyes, instead, rocking a black bandana over his nose and mouth, claiming he was hired to kill Jermaine Dupri. That tape was turned over to the police and nothing became of it. Early 2007, this guy showed up again, this time emailing a video recording of himself to a local NYC radio station saying he was going to kill Jermaine Dupri AND Bow Wow. Nothing became of that video, either.
I came up with a computer generated image of how this guy could possibly look without his mask. I'm not 100% sure, but I'm guessing I'm pretty close. When/If the police release a composite, we can do the comparison.
